Welcome! I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Sociology and Anthropology, at Mount Royal University.
My work applies biomechanical methods to understand the risk for and the long-term consequences of pathological conditions.
My current projects investigate the lived experiences of, and injury recovery after limb trauma in the Roman period and modern humans. I also have projects involving the bioarchaeology of impairment & disability investigating and cortical bone in fragmentary remains.
